Melvin Mosbeck
Melvin Milton Mosbeck, born April 23, 1940, passed away at Atikokan General Hospital on January 4, 2015 with his girls by his side.
He leaves behind brothers Cecil and Billy, sister Patricia Mosbeck Macdonald; daughters Gwenda (Sidney Stus), Connie (Rob Chalifloux), Shelley (Leonard Kutra), Bobbi-Jo, Holly (Danny Douglas), and Charity Lawrence. He was blessed with many grandchildren and, recently, a great-grand child, baby Jaxon.
Melvin was predeceased by his parents Milton and Betty Mosbeck, his sister Elaine Bekesi, and nephews Sheldon Mosbeck and Brent Macdonald.
A gathering of family and friends took place in Emo, at the Northridge Funeral Home, January 8.
In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested memorial donations to the extended care wing of Atikokan General Hospital, where Melvin spent his last three years of his life.
